• The success threshold of the fundraise is set at 48,000 USDC (80% of the target objective)

• The fundraise will continue until December 31, 2026 or until the maximum cap of 3,000,000 VTA tokens sold is reached

• If the 48,000 USDC threshold is not reached by December 31, 2026, a full refund will be issued

• All other provisions of the Terms and Conditions of Participation remain unchanged
